Home Genius Exteriors in Somerset, NJ is looking for a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. Meet 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule in Somerset, NJ with uncapped earnings potential and continuous sales training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (driving 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
