Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!) in the Columbia, SC area. As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

Average first-year earnings range from $150K-$200K with uncapped commissions and bonuses; top performers exceed $300K.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; drive times 30–90 minutes from home.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
