Fonde Interiors is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Studio Coordinator to join our small, high-ownership team.
This role is central to how our work moves from concept to reality. We believe that great design depends on great execution, the Studio Coordinator protects that execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order and clarity to complex projects and takes pride in operational excellence.
You will work closely with the Principal and design team across every active project, ensuring that once selections are approved, they are carried forward with clarity, precision, and care. This is a visible, high-trust role within the studio with real autonomy in your lane and meaningful impact on the client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the end-to-end purchasing workflow in Studio Designer
- Issuing and tracking purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Confirming pricing, lead times, and vendor documentation before order placement
- Maintaining clean and current purchasing logs and expediting schedules
- Continuously refining and strengthening procurement systems
- Communicating professionally with vendors, workrooms, freight carriers, receivers, and installers
- Maintaining consistent follow-up to protect timelines and margins
- Providing organized and proactive status updates to the design team
- Supporting scheduling communication and documentation as needed
- Managing inquiry intake and onboarding workflows
- Conducting initial screening calls and responding to inbound inquiries
- Coordinating with accounting on vendor transactions and reconciliations
- Preparing the studio for client presentations and maintaining operational readiness
- Greeting clients and guests and representing the Fonde experience with professionalism
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct procurement or purchasing experience within an interior design or related luxury industry environment
- Demonstrated experience managing purchase orders, vendor communication, expediting, and delivery coordination
- Proficiency in Studio Designer strongly preferred; experience with comparable procurement or project management software required
- Proven ability to manage detailed documentation and maintain accuracy across multiple active projects
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and follow through independently
- Comfort working in a small, high-ownership studio environment where each team member plays a visible role
- Availability to work in-person at our Dallas studio

Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience
