Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Sales Gallery Floor/Sales Center on Hilton Head Island. The role ensures accurate product availability, coaches Sales Executives, and interviews candidates for Sales Executive positions.

Responsibilities include handling escalated customer questions, coordinating with QA and Contracts, and maintaining the Culture of Excellence across the Sales Gallery/Center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law
• Proficiency in English; additional language may be required for some positions

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer questions, complaints, and/or concerns.
• Communicates with customers when escalated issues arise.
• Coordinates with Quality Assurance and Contracts to relay information to the sales line.
• Delivers coaching and training to Sales Executives to improve sales techniques.
• Monitors on-boarding and proficiency of new Sales Executives in the sales process.
