Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Manager to supervise the Sales Gallery Floor and Center operations, ensuring effective tour flow, accurate product knowledge, and compliant sales practices. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive membership sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a proven sales background, an active real estate license where applicable, and strong leadership/communication skills to motivate staff and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience required.
• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating verbally in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Sales Gallery Floor/Sales Center.
• Determine escalation needs; monitor product inventory and sales readiness.
• Interview new candidates for Sales Executive positions.
• Develop, maintain and enhance a Culture of Excellence in all facets of the Sales Gallery/Center operation.
