Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) seeks a Sales Manager to supervise daily operations of the Sales Gallery Floor/Center, ensuring accurate product availability and sale strategies. You will lead aCulture of Excellence, and participate in interviewing candidates for Sales Executive roles.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Real Estate License may be required by local law.
2+ years’ experience in a similar sales/real estate role.
Proficiency reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a local customer base through sales activities and community engagement.
Evaluate and analyze the book of business to generate more sales, referrals and escrows.
Assign Sales Executives to prospective owners/members and optimize tour flow and sales process.
Close sales and oversee the sales floor to ensure efficient guest tours and effective presentations.
Provide information to guests regarding vacation ownership, financing options, and related topics.
