Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Sales and Catering Manager, you'll be the go-to person for group bookings and creating exceptional catering experiences for our clients. You'll meet and greet clients, conduct property tours, and tailor catering solutions to meet their needs. You'll handle everything from negotiating group rooms pricing, planning menus, and coordinating events with our chef and operations staff. You'll stay ahead of industry trends and promote our hotel and competitive catering services. Building strong relationships with clients and meeting planners, you'll showcase our hotel facilities and services through property tours and site inspections. Plus, you'll lead pre-arrival and pre-event meetings to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. You'll also perform any other duties assigned.

What is required?

  • 3-5 years of hotel sales and/or catering management experience
  • Know your way around electronic sales systems like Delphi FDC
  • Industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized and multitask
  • Goal-oriented and a team player
