Strategic Advisory Group in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Call Center Manager to own the conversation from first touch to signed contract and drive results end-to-end. You will lead account management initiatives and collaborate across teams to close deals.

The role rewards action with a salary range of $82,000 to $127,000 upfront, plus equity and top-tier health benefits. Flexible to work where you do your best thinking while commuting to Twin Falls as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience guiding manager-level initiatives.
• Willingness to commute to Twin Falls, ID or work flexibly as needed.
• The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time.
• Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements.
• Salesforce Service Cloud fundamentals plus the Delegation polish clients notice.

Responsibilities

• Build the Account Management report leadership checks before the ID review
• Trade weekly notes with product on what Twin Falls buyers keep requesting
• Test three subject lines, kill two, scale the winner
• Represent Strategic Advisory Group at trade shows, conferences, and local networking events
• Line up the self-directed sponsorships that put Strategic Advisory Group in front of buyers
