Job summary

Surface Experts of Central Iowa is seeking an in-field sales professional to grow our service territory in the West Des Moines area. You will work primarily in the field, mapping routes, meeting customers, and closing opportunities with base salary plus commission.

You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule, paid time off, training and development, and a supportive franchise team. No nights or weekends required; full-time hours with coaching and access to quality leads.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Map your route, run :15 on-site visits, and book work.
• Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team.
• Light admin and prep from your home
• Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support

Attributes Over Experience (No Sales Experience Required)

• Coachable – eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook.
• Curious – comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first.
• Detail-oriented – executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently.
