Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to grow into a Branch Manager. You will learn branch operations through paid training, originate loan business, and educate customers on lending options.

You will contribute to sales goals, support recruiting and training, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience while promoting the company values and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion; Full Relocation package for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet financial goals and originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, including how to improve credit and consolidate debt.
• Assist loan applications, make payment reminder calls, and guide customers through the process.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, make credit decisions, administer closings, and process insurance claims.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training, and develop plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values.
