No flooring experience is required; we’ll teach you the products, estimating process, and industry. You’ll prospect, network, and build relationships to grow earnings via base pay or commission.

Qualifications

• Flooring experience is not required; sales experience is.
• We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in sales, prospecting, business development, account management, or similar roles.
• You should be able to build rapport, uncover needs, and maintain consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Identify potential business with property managers, builders, remodelers, and local organizations.
• Initiate conversations and convert prospects to appointments, quotes, and customers.
• Schedule and attend meetings outside showroom when appropriate.
• Develop long-term relationships and maintain an active sales pipeline.
