Carpet City Flooring Center is looking for a motivated salesperson to join our Racine team and help us grow.

This is an in-office/showroom-based sales position with a strong focus on business development. You'll work with customers who come into our showroom, but we're looking for someone who is equally motivated to create the next opportunity.

That means picking up the phone. Following up on a quote. Reconnecting with a past customer. Introducing yourself to a property manager or builder. Asking for a referral. Identifying a local business that could benefit from working with us-and starting the conversation.

You'll have the resources and stability of an established flooring showroom behind you while having the opportunity to develop your own customers, grow your sales, and increase your earning potential.

Potential customers include homeowners, property managers, assisted and senior living communities, builders, remodelers, local businesses, small commercial properties, and other organizations with ongoing flooring needs.

On-Target Earnings: $60,000-$90,000+

This position pays the higher of base pay or earned commission, providing the security of a guaranteed base with the opportunity to earn more as your sales grow.
