Toyota of Murfreesboro is seeking a Sales BDC Manager to audit inbound sales calls for compliance and ensure accurate CRM logging. The role focuses on following up with unsold customers until they buy or say no, with ongoing training and clear advancement opportunities.

You will collaborate with the Internet Sales Director, manage a robust follow-up cadence, and contribute to improving phone processes and CRM data quality.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented — you notice when a call was logged under the wrong source or a note doesn't match what was said.
• Strong phone presence and strong written communication for text and email follow-up.
• CRM experience and data accuracy are essential for logging and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit inbound sales calls for compliance with the store's phone process and customer-handling standards.
• Verify every inbound call is logged in the CRM with the correct source, customer information, and outcome.
• Flag missed calls, mishandled calls, and CRM logging errors to the Internet Sales Director with recommended fixes.
• Work unsold customers in the CRM by phone, text, and email on a set follow-up cadence.
• Set and confirm appointments for the sales team, and re-engage no-shows.
• Maintain accurate CRM records on every customer touch so pipeline reporting reflects reality.
• Participate in ongoing training on phone process, CRM, and Toyota product

You'll own two things: auditing inbound sales calls for compliance and accurate CRM logging, and following up with unsold customers in the CRM until they buy or tell us no. Ongoing training is part of the job, and the role is built to grow in knowledge with advancement opportunity as well.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a BDC, call center, inside sales, or automotive sales role preferred (not required)
• Detail-oriented — you notice when a call was logged under the wrong source or a note doesn't match what was said
• Strong phone presence and strong written communication for text and email follow-up
• Comfortable working in a CRM all day; experience with CDK, eLeads, and CarWars strongly preferred
• Organized enough to manage a large follow-up list without letting customers fall through
• Available to work Saturdays and some evenings (closed Sundays)
