Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and keep the store clean and organized onsite.

You will assist customers, restock merchandise, ensure correct pricing and displays, and work in a fast-paced retail setting. Ideal candidates have strong communication, a friendly demeanor, a high school diploma or GED, and prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math and point-of-sale skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws regarding sale of government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior per standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow company rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
