Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate for an on-site position. You will deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and keep the store clean and organized. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask. High school diploma or GED required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Read, understand, and speak English at least at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math and cash handling skills required.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws regarding sale of government regulated products and services.
• Conduct thorough store cleaning according to standards.
• Stock and rotate products, including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet performance standards.
• Follow conduct and ethics guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
