Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced onsite retail environment. You will operate cash registers, help customers, stock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and attractive product displays.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and POS skills, and strong communication. Prior retail experience is a plus, with weekly pay and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
