Job summary

Majors Management is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean, organized onsite store. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and product displays.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay friendly in a fast-paced retail setting, and can multitask while upholding company policies and standards. High school diploma or GED required; retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics
• Other duties as assigned
