Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will operate cash registers, assist customers with purchases, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and product displays.

Ideal candidates will possess friendly communication, a team-first attitude, and the ability to work part-time or full-time on-site. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
