Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced onsite retail environment. You will handle cash, assist customers, restock merchandise, and maintain organized displays to support smooth store operations.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and a friendly, multitasking team player with good English communication will thrive in this position.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
