Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking confident and outgoing team members for the member service role. You'll promote health and wellness, sell memberships, and ensure members feel welcomed in our upscale sauna environment.

Position offers competitive pay at $14 per hour plus commission, training, and complimentary sauna sessions. Ideal candidates are positive team players with a genuine passion for excellent service.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
• Verifiable history of excellent attendance.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, including cleaning sauna rooms.
• Organize the facility’s towel supply area.

We Offer

• Weekend work opportunity for part-time employees
• $14 per hour plus commission based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
• Prior sales experience in spa, gym, or salon preferred but not required
  • All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy
  • Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.
  • Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support
• Complimentary 4 sessions per month in Infrared Saunas
• Open door policy: an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs

Available Shifts

• Friday, closing shifts
• Saturday and Sunday opening, mid‑shift, and closing shifts

Competitive pay with successful training completion + commission.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour.
