DSI is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Duluth, Minnesota. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales. This role offers competitive hourly pay with uncapped commission and a paid training program.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a high-traffic retail sales environment.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
