Job summary

DSI is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Duluth, MN. You will engage customers, educate them on products and plans, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Earn competitive hourly pay with uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Previous retail experience is a plus, and a flexible weekend schedule is often required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goalsProcess transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately
