Job summary

DSI is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Baxter, Minnesota. This role focuses on engaging customers, educating them on wireless products, and closing sales inside a high-traffic retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in retail or customer service, strong communication skills, and is 18+ with legal work eligibility in the U.S. Training is provided and performance rewards await.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience is preferred.
• 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.

Responsibilities

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
