Job summary

DSI Systems is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Baxter, Minnesota. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand for long hours. Paid training and uncapped commissions are offered, with career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
• Goal-driven with a strong drive to meet/sell targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets).
• Weekend schedule availability.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals

• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
