Job summary

DRB Homes seeks a Sales Associate for the Eastern Shore Division focusing on new construction homes in designated communities. This training role progresses to a Community Sales Consultant with responsibilities spanning prospect greetings, model home tours, and guidance on site selection and options.

The position involves assisting with loan applications, deposits, and contract paperwork, with collaboration across production teams to ensure smooth building and handover processes.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License is required in certain states before selling new homes.
• Prior home sales, property management, leasing, or high-end retail sales experience preferred with strong customer satisfaction.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all prospective customers.
• Demonstrate model home; explain features and benefits.
• Provide information on community and area.
• Assist customer with home site, plan, and options.
• Pre-qualify customer and complete contract worksheet.
• Prepare contracts, color selections, and addenda accurately.
• Assist with loan application and deposits as required.
• Coordinate with production team for planning/building execution.
• Follow up on loans, contingent contracts, resale listings, and post-settlement.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Complete Sales Consultant Training milestones.
• Other duties as assigned.
