Overview

Sales Associates are to greet and thank every customer who enters and leaves the store. They must be knowledgeable of all product lines. Responsibilities include keeping the store neat, clean, and merchandise properly displayed. Sales staff will support management in price changes, leveling, display resets, and maintaining visual standards to ensure a tidy store.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the "Cavender's Culture" and uphold our Mission, Vision, and Values
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service using professional and knowledgeable selling techniques
• Avoid high-pressure sales tactics
• Maximize sales opportunities with each customer
• Stay updated on fashion trends in western wear
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Know CBC policies and procedures
• Stay informed about sales promotions
• Assist in stocking merchandise and store organization
• Report promptly for work and maintain grooming standards
• Be security conscious at all times
• Ensure products are correctly displayed and signed
• Handle customer exchanges and inquiries effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet company goals (e.g., ADS, UPT, contests)
