Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Processing freight and assisting with price changes/markdowns.
2. Balancing registers according to company policy.
3. Calling out prices during transactions and bagging merchandise efficiently.
4. Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly, obtaining management approval when needed.
5. Maintaining store cleanliness and safety procedures.
6. Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, assisting, and thanking customers.
7. Explaining exchange/refund policies to customers.
8. Assisting with merchandising, loss prevention, and other tasks as requested.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
