Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Process freight and assist with price changes and markdowns.
2. Balance registers according to company policy.
3. Call out prices for customers during transactions.
4. Bag merchandise efficiently and handle all cash, checks, and credit card transactions correctly.
5. Obtain management approval for returns, voids, and checks.
6. Maintain store cleanliness and safety procedures.
7. Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, managing fitting rooms, and thanking customers.
8. Assist with merchandising and stock level management.
9. Explain exchange and refund policies to customers.
10. Support Loss Prevention efforts by reporting theft or dishonesty and following operational policies.
11. Maintain a professional appearance, including wearing a name tag.
12. Assist management with various tasks as needed.

Job Requirements
