Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to assist the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, and teardown. You will maintain the Guest Services standard and help drive sales through signing, pricing, and POS operations.

This role requires energy for a fast-paced seasonal environment and strong teamwork. Responsibilities include supporting loss prevention efforts, maintaining store presentation, and helping with general housekeeping and sign waving.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
• Assist with sales generation, sign waving, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
