Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate in a seasonal setting. You will support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a temporary store while maintaining Guest Services according to company standards.

You will help drive sales, perform sign waving, merchandising, signing, and pricing tasks, operate the POS system, and assist with loss prevention. The role requires the ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds, with 8 hours of standing/walking.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
• Generate sales and assist with sign waving, general housekeeping, pricing and signage.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
