Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in setting up, merchandising, and tearing down a seasonal store. Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services, generating sales, and managing POS operations.

The ideal candidate must be at least 16 years old and able to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for up to 8 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 16.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Job requires climbing ladders, setting up fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in setup and teardown.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, manage merchandising, and assist with POS operations.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
