Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, design spaces, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet clients, present Lovesac products, and guide them through the buying journey with confidence and enthusiasm.

As part of our store team, you’ll maintain brand standards, support daily operations, and participate in promotions while earning a competitive hourly wage and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.
• Ability to stand and move furniture up to 75 pounds and assemble items on the selling floor.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness with customer data and transactions.
• Strong communication and conflict-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and actively sell using the Lovesac process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline and following up to drive conversion.
• Build loyalty and brand advocacy by connecting with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs and close sales with product knowledge.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver engaging experiences through brand tours and education.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs while upholding brand standards and policies.
