Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process and maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Drive loyalty by building genuine connections that encourage repeat business and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity to uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge while delivering engaging brand tours and education, confidently closing sales.
• Take ownership of performance, making decisions and executing to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
