BODYBAR Pilates in Omaha, NE seeks a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. This part-time role reports to the Studio Manager and focuses on driving memberships, retail, and private training sales.

You will build relationships with members, hit daily goals, and represent BODYBAR at local events while keeping bookings and interactions logged for a welcoming, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process - generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals - bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Be brand ambassador - represent BODYBAR at local events and grow presence in the community.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
