BODYBAR Pilates in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate for a part-time role to drive membership growth and create an exceptional studio experience.

You'll own the sales process, build relationships with members, and represent BODYBAR at local events while staying organized and delivering results with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and convert interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, deliver results.
• Be BODYBAR brand ambassador at local events and strengthen community presence.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.

You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.
