Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate for our Fort Worth and Plano studios. This part-time role focuses on growing memberships, supporting members, and delivering a standout BODYBAR experience. You’ll work with a friendly, motivated team and report to the Studio Manager.

You’ll drive the sales process, build relationships, and hit daily goals while representing BODYBAR at local events. A strong service mindset and fitness enthusiasm are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be goal-oriented with the ability to drive memberships and retail sales.
• Fluent English with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.
