Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; recent graduates encouraged.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort on the phone with business owners.
• Comfort using a CRM, spreadsheets, and email tools; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound outreach (roughly 100 calls and 150 emails daily).
• Send LinkedIn requests and messages to property owners to start conversations.
• Build relationships with Memphis-area brokers to generate referrals.
• Execute demand generation campaigns and compile prospect lists from data sources.
• Book qualified meetings and advance deals through pipeline stages.
• Keep CRM up-to-date with touches, progress, and weekly activity reports.
• Represent the company at local networking events and industry gatherings.
