Job summary

Apartments.com, part of CoStar Group, seeks a Sales Associate in Fargo, ND to drive new business and expand existing accounts with digital marketing solutions for multifamily clients. You will deliver compelling presentations, visit clients in person, and grow revenue through strategic selling and strong market knowledge.

You will learn from industry experts and contribute to a high-growth sales team while representing the Apartments.com brand with integrity and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, in-person college or university.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – prospect opportunities to develop new business and identify upsell opportunities.
• Relationship Management – build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor to their marketing plan.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate trends.
• Teamwork – collaborate with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and deliver superior service.
• Maintain regular, value-add communication and provide market insights to help clients achieve goals.
