Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and donors genuinely, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
• Stock items ready for display on the sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and donation areas, including performing cleaning duties as assigned.
• Follow POS/Cash Register policies in accordance with TSA procedures.
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
• Attend monthly store meetings.
• Receive, unload, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages to ensure quality.
• Assist donors with removing items from vehicles and provide receipts.
• Sort and stack donated materials properly, following management instructions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate POS/Cash Register accurately and handle transactions.
• Must pass background checks, including criminal and sex offender registry.
• Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors.

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects like carts, fixtures, and furniture.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motion tasks as required.
• Must perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Pay Rate

$16.50 per hour

Schedule

• Stores operate 7 days a week; schedules are determined by management.
• Part-time shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring flexibility.
