Our founders bring over 20 years of experience in outdoor lighting R&D and manufacturing. At ALVIME, we take pride in our fresh designs, exceptional product quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

We’re now looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help bring our brand to lighting stores, contractors, designers and major home retailers across Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with lighting stores, builders, subcontractors, designers and home improvement retailers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential outdoor lighting market.
• Present and promote our product line with a strong understanding of design, quality, and market positioning.
• Conduct product demos and training sessions to educate clients on product benefits and applications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and volume-based deals in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Track sales performance, report on pipeline progress, and provide market insights.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Stay informed on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in lighting, building materials, home improvement, or related industries (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Experience with B2B sales and account management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin or Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
