Bellows Heating Plumbing Cooling & Electrical is seeking a motivated individual to generate leads for HVAC, generators, and water treatment services at Costco locations. The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay in a friendly retail environment.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, presenting solutions, and maintaining professionalism while complying with vendor rules. Weekend availability and in-warehouse events are required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of lead generation or product demonstrations preferred.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Bellows Heating Plumbing Cooling & Electrical is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to generate leads for HVAC, generators, and water treatment services within one or more of our designated Costco locations. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn a competitive income in a friendly retail environment.

Compensation: $20 - $22 (DOE) Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time

Spiff: $50 per sold lead (see policy for details)

Benefits: Full time persons can enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k w/ match per company requirements and contributions.

This is NOT a selling, cold calling or door to door position

Job Duties

• Engage with potential customers to help them create comfortable, efficient homes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer support.
• Work independently while remaining in full compliance with vendor’s rules and regulations.
• Availability for select weekends and staffing in-warehouse events is mandatory.
• Training will be provided.
