Job summary

Bellowsservice is seeking a motivated individual in California to generate leads for HVAC, generators, and water treatment services at Costco locations. This position offers flexible scheduling with an hourly rate of $20 - $22, plus $50 for each sold lead. Full-time employees can enroll in medical and retirement benefits. The ideal candidate has lead generation experience, communicates well, and is independent. Training is provided, and candidates must be available for weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or product demonstrations is highly preferred.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
• Successful completion of background check.

Bellows Heating Plumbing Cooling & Electrical is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to generate leads for HVAC, generators, and water treatment services within one or more of our designated Costco locations. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn a competitive income in a friendly retail environment.

Compensation

Hourly: $20 - $22 (DOE). Part-Time or Full-Time.

Spiff

$50 per sold lead (see policy for details).
