Overview

Bellows Heating Plumbing Cooling & Electrical is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to generate leads for HVAC, generators, and water treatment services within one or more of our designated Costco locations. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn a competitive income in a friendly retail environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $20 - $22 (DOE) hourly, Part‑Time or Full‑Time.

Spiff: $50 per sold lead (see policy for details).

Benefits for full‑time employees: medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, 401(k) with match per company requirements and contributions.

Job Duties

Engage with potential customers to help them create comfortable, efficient homes.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer support.

Work independently while remaining in full compliance with vendor’s rules and regulations.

Availability for select weekends and staffing in‑warehouse events is mandatory.

Training will be provided.

This is NOT a selling, cold calling or door to door position.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in lead generation or product demonstrations is highly preferred.
