We have a hands-on management team to help you grow & succeed all while earning the pay you deserve.We are a high volume dealer group looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment to help fuel our growing demand across all of our brands. Working with us you will work hands on with our core factory brands as well as our extensive selection of pre-owned vehicles. Your responsibilites will include but are not limted to:* Guiding clients through their vehicle purchase process* Demostrate new and pre-owned vehicle inventory* Following up with prospective clients through out CRM software* Build and maintain relationships with current, past and future customers* Complete and organize sales paperwork to assist Sales and Finance Managers* Develop extensive knowledge of vehicle inventory including completing necessary certifications* Perform other duties assigned by sales management## Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent preferred* Must be authorized to work in the US* Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Proficient in compuer programs and be able to learn new ones quickly* Positive and outgoing personality with high energy* Eagerness and drive to succeed* Strong work ethic with an upbeat positive attitude* Previous sales experience is a plus (automotive not required)
