Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
• Friendly, patient, customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Learn customer needs and provide information about vehicles and services
• Coordinate test drives and explain features clearly
• Work with teammates and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, and basic financing options (training provided)
• Use tools to track interactions and follow up as needed
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom environment
