Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Learn customer needs and provide helpful information about vehicles and services.
• Coordinate test drives and explain features clearly.
• Work with teammates and management for a smooth customer experience.
• Stay updated on inventory, pricing, and basic financing options (training provided).
• Use tools to track interactions and follow up as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom environment.
