StretchLab Santa Fe is seeking a high-energy, fitness-minded individual with a love for community and our brand. The role focuses on supporting the Sales Director and Owner with studio operations and driving front-desk and sales activities.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, booking appointments, giving tours, promoting services and memberships, and participating in local events. Strong communication and computer skills are essential, with a commitment to the StretchLab brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone and email/text.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Associate and Owner with opening or closing the studio.
• Book and confirm appointments.
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships and understanding needs.
• Emphasize and enforce club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to current or prospective members and sell memberships.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION:

The purpose of the Sales Associate/ Front Desk Receptionist is to assist the Sales Director and Owner with all things studio-related, with a main focus on Sales and Front Desk duties.
