Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking an energetic front-line team member in Massachusetts to blend sales and customer service in a wellness setting. You will welcome potential clients and existing members, explain options, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales and customer service, HS diploma or GED, and a friendly, proactive approach. Weekend availability is required in a fast-paced spa environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience (spa or retail preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and friendly demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients as they enter the studio.
• Promote services, memberships, and add-ons to clients.
