Job summary

Elements Massage in Massachusetts is seeking Retail Sales Associates to help grow our wellness program and enhance the client experience. You will listen to clients, follow a proven sales process, and drive customer loyalty while delivering outstanding service.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities, with Sundays required. Perks include commissions, bonuses, paid sick time, and a complimentary monthly massage as part of a supportive team environment.

• Sell the Elements Wellness Program to new and existing clients to drive loyalty and revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Support a flexible schedule including Sundays and both part-time and full-time roles.

Retail Sales Associates/ Customer Service enjoy the following perks:
