BODYBAR Pilates is a boutique fitness franchise seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team.

This is a part-time or full-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager. You’ll own the sales process, generate leads, follow up, and help turn interest into memberships.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness and able to represent the BODYBAR brand.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow presence in the community.
• Stay organized by keeping member bookings and interactions logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
